I am currently in training to become a Justice of the Peace for New Zealand. Once I am sworn in, I will be able to help you with:

• Taking oaths and declarations under the Oaths and Declarations Act 1957 or any other enactment;

• Witnessing signatures;

• Certifying copies/transcripts of documents (including electronic documents).

• Administering affidavits

These services are always free of charge. As I have not yet completed the training nor have been sworn in, I am not currently able to act as a Justice of the Peace.
