I'm a specialist in staff and educational development, organisational development, leadership development, organisational resilience, and educational research. I have 20 years experience as a researcher and practitioner in educational development, and am a nationally and internationally recognised expert in this area.

Staff and Educational Development
I work at both the strategic and operational level to support teaching staff at every level of their career. At the strategic level, I work with subject matter experts to design and deliver profesional development programmes, curriculum, and pathways. I also conduct educational evaluation and programme restructures and reviews. At the operational level, I design curriculum, consult on teaching practices, and work on academic quality assurance processes.
Organisational Development
I support organisations in becoming learning organisations, manage organisational change, set up systems to provide effective professional development, and design and deliver professional development for staff. I also support organisations in setting up systems to reduce the impact of emergencies, and support training for responding to incidents that significantly impact organisation’s business-as-usual operations.
Workshop facilitation
I am a highly experienced facilitator of workshops on numerous topics in educational design, teaching delivery, organisational psychology, leadership, and motivation.
Research Support and Services
I conduct applied research in education and organisational psychology. In addition, I support and mentor others with setting up, and executing rigorous research to inform practice, policy, and strategy.
